We examine a property from the viewpoint of a builder; we look at all the parts and details so as to be able to produce an exact sequential list of what is necessary to do; if there are unclear reasons for a problem we ensure the precise reasons are identified as close as possible so the client can request price for specific services; the report is written so it serves as a Programme of Work, both materials and estimated time can be worked out to near exactitude.

Further from a detailed good report; sometimes the actual problem itself does not appear to have an obvious solution; in those cases we examine the situation by looking into walls, floors, attics, roofs, basements or outside in the grounds, we dig, open and/or uncover what may not be visible to ensure the real cause can be spotted and a tailor made option is put together to end the problem permanently. Any problem, building, plumbing, electric or otherwise we address.

We can put together all that is necessary to put forward into any Borough the required documentation to obtain planning permission. This sometimes also requires dealing with the Conservation Officers when the area has been labelled, as well as making sure the Building Control requirements are all included in the submission; this last item is key to ensure the work can be carried out legally by any builder.

We can survey* a property that has no plans; produce a set of drawings of the existing situation and create with your input the modifications you would like to introduce; draft the new plans and put together the package requested by your Local Council to consider Planning Permission for what you want to add to your property.

*Survey: It is an exact measurement of all the dimensions of a property, including all its parts; when transferring these data onto drafts they will reproduce a set of blueprints which are the definite plans of your property; these, attached to your deed, always increase the valuation.
